Bilingual Construction Project Manager for KONE Canada

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Elevator Construction Project Manager to join our team at KONE Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing commercial elevator construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project schedules, resource status, and procurement-related responsibilities
  • Ensure quality is addressed throughout the project life cycle through metrics and punch-list items
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Identify and mitigate risks, as well as capitalize on opportunities
  • Manage cash flow, budget, and forecasting

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant construction project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or SAP
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% throughout Quebec and Atlantic Canada
