About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Elevator Construction Project Manager to join our team at KONE Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing commercial elevator construction projects in Quebec and Atlantic Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project schedules, resource status, and procurement-related responsibilities.
  • Ensure quality is addressed throughout the project life cycle through metrics and punch-list items.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, as well as capitalize on opportunities.
  • Manage cash flow, budget, and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or SAP.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% throughout Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
