Are you prepared to advance your career by overseeing commercial elevator construction initiatives as a bilingual (French & English) Construction Project Leader for KONE in Quebec and Atlantic Canada? Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety compliance on job sites and conduct regular audits.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project or SAP to monitor project timelines and scope.
  • Identify risks and opportunities through various channels, including contracts and site observations.
  • Maintain and update project schedules and resource statuses, including materials and labor.
  • Address quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle by managing metrics and resolving punch-list items.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • A bachelor's degree or over 7 years of applicable work experience.
