We are seeking a highly skilled Business Optimization Specialist to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic operations and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Elicit business requirements and analyze feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve expected business outcomes.
- Support various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with business requirements.
- Develop informative, coherent, and usable project documents (project artifacts) for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Apply depth of domain & functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive expected business value.
- Break down strategic problems, and analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Build test cases in order to validate business requirements and End-User Testing results.
- Foundational level of proficiency in Agile Delivery and Development, Data analysis, Learning Agility, and Experience with Livelink document management application.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Process improvement and optimization, Organization process optimization, Business architecture frameworks, Stakeholder Analysis and Management, Digital Fluency, Systems Thinking, Verbal & written communication skills, Collaboration & team skills, Analytical and problem-solving skills, and Data-driven decision making.
- Advanced level of proficiency in Business requirements definition and analysis, Insights development and reporting, Application functional design, and Functional Analysis.
