About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Specialist to join our Operational Transformation and Improvement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our operational processes and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and improvement initiatives to optimize end-to-end operational processes across multiple functions.
  • Develop and implement data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing activities for implementations and ensure seamless integration.
  • Build and maintain accurate process documentation, standard operating procedures, and policies.
  • Act as a connection point between the business and its supporting functions to identify improvements and drive change.
  • Assist in the development and execution of training and change management programs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics and/or process improvement.
  • Ability to function with a high level of independence and task ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to draw insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience using Power BI to pull insights from dashboards.
  • Visio experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel experience required.
  • General experience with the Microsoft Office suite required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with proven application in the design and implementation of business solutions.
  • Comfortability working with processes and understanding of process flows.
