Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Circle K is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
