Position Overview: As a Contract Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to manage, process, and verify retail transactions. Your role will involve ensuring that all lease and loan security documentation is completed accurately and adheres to credit standards. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with credit authorizations, pricing, and corporate policies to guarantee the timely and precise completion of documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support via phone and email to vendor partners and internal teams, addressing inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
  • Ensure that security registrations are correctly established to validate that all transactions are executed properly and are legally binding.
  • Coordinate with insurance brokers to secure coverage that meets company standards.
  • Maintain compliance with credit authorizations and corporate policies, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and in line with customer expectations.
  • Oversee the booking process and funding of invoices for each transaction.
  • Conduct audits and follow up on transactions that require attention.
  • Prepare documentation for imaging and record-keeping.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and service level agreements.
  • Build and sustain a positive consultative relationship with vendors, customers, and colleagues to support overall sales objectives.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks to ensure efficient workload management for the team.
  • Be prepared for occasional overtime during peak periods, particularly at month-end and quarter-end.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST
