Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Urban Infrastructure Development

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee urban infrastructure projects. This role involves the management of various real estate and multidisciplinary initiatives, particularly in the construction of recreational and sports facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and validate plans and specifications for urban development projects;
  • Administer project budgets, track expenses, and manage invoicing processes;
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including landscape architects, environmental specialists, and geotechnical engineers;
  • Draft and review technical specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards;
  • Create and manage project timelines and schedules;
  • Supervise design processes using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, ensuring adherence to preliminary concepts and calculations;
  • Conduct rainwater retention calculations utilizing PCSWMM, aligning with regulatory criteria;
  • Ensure that all drawings and plans meet established specifications;
  • Manage construction site activities, including contract management and progress monitoring;
  • Assist in the preparation of bids, service proposals, and contractual agreements;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or a related field;
  • Registered member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec;
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management and design;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (preferred);
  • Experience with PCSWMM is essential;
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills;
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Fluency in French is required.
