Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Hain Celestial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the receiving, processing, and shipping of goods to and from our warehouse.
  • Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed, and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Direct and support the warehouse team in carrying out their assigned duties, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that warehouse operations are meeting company standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary certificate or degree in a related field an asset.
