Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and accounted for.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise, and manage the procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Operations Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives, including managing inventory levels, optimizing warehouse space, and streamlining processes.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and submit detailed reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving, and other key metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of staff. Proficient in inventory management software and other relevant systems.
Security and Safety Requirements:
  • Mandatory criminal record verification.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
  • Language Requirement: English.
  • Weekly Hours: 30.
