What You Bring:

Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists. Proven experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological (mTBI), and mental health conditions. Experience in Occupational and Veterans Rehabilitation and Mental Health is a valuable asset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage self-scheduling and meet reporting deadlines. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Excellent verbal, written, and report-writing skills. Proficiency with technology and computer systems. Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. New graduates who are licensed as OTs are encouraged to apply.

Daily Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload with assessment and treatment of clients facing complex musculoskeletal, TBI, and mental health challenges. Flexibility to work in person or virtually, structuring your schedule to accommodate both personal and client needs. Develop and implement holistic, individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical reasoning. Navigate a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment while managing caseloads. Participate in case management and case conferences. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and various stakeholders. Mentor Occupational Therapy students through preceptorship opportunities.
