Your OpportunityOur Kenora office is seeking a Manager of Assurance Services to join our Assurance team and take ownership of the following responsibilities:
- Lead audit and review engagements for public and private clients, ensuring adherence to relevant professional standards and firm policies
- Effectively plan, supervise, and execute assurance and non-assurance engagements
- Assurance & Accounting projects may include preparation of financial statements, accounting advisory, and involvement in tax services provided to assurance and non-assurance clients
- Develop business opportunities with existing clients on an ongoing basis
- Address client issues in a timely manner, following BDO Policy and utilizing strong technical skills and accounting experience
- Apply appropriate industry/business knowledge in anticipating, identifying, and addressing issues relevant to the client's business
