Executive Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Best Western Terrace Inn and Terrace Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a clean and efficient housekeeping operation.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards of service and quality.
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to maintain the integrity of our facilities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate in-house laundry services to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
