Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Days InnTerrace.
Job Summary:The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating maintenance and repair services, and conducting performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
- Coordinate inspection of assigned areas
- Supervise staff and ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and customer service
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- Coordinate in-house laundry services to ensure all linens and uniforms are clean and available
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient use of resources
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 30 to 40 hours per week
