Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Days Inn Terrace.
Job SummaryThe Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals of housekeeping staff to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that the housekeeping department has the necessary resources to perform its duties effectively.
- Coordinate in-house laundry services to ensure that all linens and uniforms are clean and well-maintained.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas are covered and that the department is running efficiently.
- Respond to complaints from guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
- Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
