We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hotline #52. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on kitchen operations, sales, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure accurate inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.

  • Standing for extended periods and physically demanding work environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
