Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food items to order, following McDonald's recipes and guidelines.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, and ovens, to prepare food items.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
