Pizza Hotline #52 is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to meet our culinary needs.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire skilled food service staff to join our team.
  • Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure the efficient operation of our kitchen.
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and budgeting.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations, sales, and other key performance indicators.
  • Prepare Food Order Summaries for Chef: Compile and present food order summaries to our chef to inform menu planning and inventory management.
  • Supervise and Check Assembly of Trays: Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays to ensure that they are presented to the highest standard.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Train Staff in Preparation, Cooking, and Handling of Food: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Train Staff/Workers in Job Duties, Safety Procedures, and Company Policies: Provide training to our staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
