We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Manager I to join our team at Aramark. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement food production plans in accordance with our procedures and standards.
- Supervise the execution of food production and ensure that it meets our quality and safety standards.
- Control food costs and oversee the implementation of safety procedures in the food service operations.
- Lead the food production team and ensure that they are trained and equipped to meet our standards.
- Design menus and prepare orders in accordance with client and account manager requirements.
- Make purchasing plans for food materials and assist with inventory management.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and dishes to meet customer demands.
- Train and develop team members through our Job Skill Training (JST) and Job Skill Review (JSR) programs.
- Establish good communication with clients and meet or exceed their requirements.
- Manage cook staffing, team, and talent building, and evaluate and rate professional proficiency and cooking skills.
- Education: Technical Secondary School and above, with a major in Cooking or a related field.
- Work Experience: Managerial experience of at least 5 years, with at least 10 years of experience as a chief in a five-star hotel or office building for group meal.
- Vocational Qualifications: Master in Chinese and Western cuisine, as well as various cuisines.
- Computer & Language: Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with a certain ability in English.
- Competency: Customer service oriented, good communication with customers, strong spirit of teamwork, ability to work under pressure, and effective capability of implementation and leadership excellence.
