Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Sales Supervisor to join our team at RHOBOS MINES AND MINERALS LIMITED.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of sales team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve merchandising.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
