We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Vaghela Enterprises Inc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of the store, including displays and fixtures.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and financial management.
- Work Environment: The store is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer service.
- Work Schedule: The store is open 7 days a week, with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical Demands: The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending.
