Restaurant Manager

Amano Italian Kitchen is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- Communication: Prepare and submit reports, prepare food order summaries for chef, and maintain effective communication with kitchen and dining room staff.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
