Your Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Wealth Coordinator to join our team. As a Wealth Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Wealth Advisors in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Wealth Advisors with daily administrative tasks, including preparing meeting packages and coordinating the financial planning process.
- Ensure client data integrity and system updates are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate the account opening process for new and current clients.
- Prepare and schedule client packages, materials, and meetings.
- Perform other financial planning tasks, including RRSP, RESP, and TFSA account tracking, research assignments, and report package preparation.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in the wealth/financial planning industry, preferably in a banking, insurance, or investment-related workplace.
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
- Completed or working towards CFP designation is considered an asset.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and administration/organization skills.
