About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at CIA Buildings Ltd. as a key member of our site operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Site Setup and Dismantling: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Spreading: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced personnel.
  • Site Cleaning: Remove rubble and other debris from the construction site to maintain a safe working environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Setting: The successful candidate will work in various locations, including construction sites.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires individuals who are physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Work Hours: The position is permanent, with a standard 40-hour workweek.
