Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Employee Enablement to join our Wealth Management Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Design and deliver training content, including workshops, webinars, and online courses
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee enablement and training
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training, or human resources
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employee enablement, training, or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
