Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Recruit and hire new food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Manage inventory, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at A&W, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
