We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Recrute Action. As a key member of our global team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process.
Key Responsibilities- Handle Accounts Payable queries via the Service Now platform, ensuring timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Process and post invoices using SAP, while adhering to compliance requirements.
- Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense management queries.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on escalations and propose solutions to improve customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Provide end-to-end solutions to improve the P2P service desk's efficiency and identify areas for process improvements.
- Handle inbound calls via the P2P concierge helpline and resolve customer queries.
- Collaborate with global teams to standardize processes and implement best practices.
- 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and P2P service desk support.
- Proficiency with SAP and ticketing systems like Service Now or RTTMS.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and French, to communicate with both English-speaking and French-speaking clients.
- Spanish is considered a valuable asset.
- Flexibility to work in a global environment, supporting various time zones and shifts.
- Ability to work from the Montreal office at least 2 days per week.
- A proactive, process-improvement mindset with experience in delivering service excellence.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
