Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Inspector to join our team at CONSOR Engineers. As a Senior Construction Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify work in progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of site inspections, including photographs and detailed reports.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on construction-related matters.
  • Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction inspection, with a strong background in quality control and assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
