Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Inspector to join our team at CONSOR Engineers. As a Senior Construction Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to contractors.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of site inspections, including photographs, notes, and test results.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project delivery.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction inspection, with a strong background in quality assurance and control.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
