Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Saanichton Coffee Shop.
Key Responsibilities:- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Keep accurate records of food quantities used to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Package take-out food for customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Portion and wrap food items to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer expectations.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a wide range of options for customers.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently to provide excellent customer service.
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to meet customer needs.
- Will train on the job to ensure a smooth transition.
- Permanent employment opportunity with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
