Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Saanichton Coffee Shop. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Keep accurate records of food quantities used to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
- Take customer orders and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs as needed.
- Will train on the job to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
- Permanent position with a regular 40-hour workweek.
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
