Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain all equipment, including light vehicles, heavy trucks, and heavy power trains.
- Diagnose and rectify problems with equipment, both on-site and on-road.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Document daily service activities to ensure organization and efficiency.
- Promote and lead a safety-first culture for all employees, sub-contractors, and consultants.
Requirements
- 310T Truck & Coach Technician license (consideration for 310S or 421A license or apprentice)
- Valid G license
- Experience in repairing hydraulic and electrical systems
- Possess own set of tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in any season
Preferred Qualifications
- DZ license, an asset
- Roadside service experience
- Experience with diagnostic software and electronic document/time keeping
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Valid Ozone Depletion Training
Work Environment
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will be required to work some weeknights, weekends, and holidays during the winter months, with different shift options available and premiums.
