Senior IT Solutions Analyst - Workforce Analytics Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned SuccessFactors (SAP) Analyst with a strong focus on the Workforce Analytics module. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of human resources best practices and a demonstrated history of successful implementations of SuccessFactors, particularly in workforce analytics.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Gathering, integrating, and analyzing data sets and metrics from various HR and talent data sources to uncover trends that form the basis for predictive analytics in human resources.
  • Conducting requirements analysis, design, development, and deployment of SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Configuring and tailoring the SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics module to align with business needs.
  • Assisting in the creation of reports and presentations that communicate findings to leadership teams, utilizing effective data visualizations and narratives.
  • Employing statistical analysis, predictive modeling, data mining, and forecasting techniques to uncover insights that drive or impede talent attraction, performance, and retention.
  • Collaborating with HR to identify and resolve challenges related to talent management.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and best practices in SuccessFactors, while managing the product roadmap relevant to Celestica.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, particularly Workforce Analytics (WFA).
  • Strong capability to extract requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for successful implementations.
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors solutions to meet organizational objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a dynamic organization.
  • Experience in designing and developing customized Workforce Analytics dashboards and reports.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics.
  • Familiarity with other HRIS platforms, such as Oracle or Workday.
  • Understanding of data analytics and reporting methodologies.
  • Agile project management experience.
  • Background in employee engagement initiatives.

Work Environment

  • This position is performed in a standard office setting.
  • Tasks may require prolonged periods of sitting and focused visual attention on computer screens or detailed data. Frequent repetitive manual tasks, such as data entry and use of a computer mouse, are expected.

Experience and Education

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar capacity or industry, with a minimum of 4 years as a SuccessFactors Consultant or Subject Matter Expert.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
