About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conversion Specialist to join our team at Invesp. As a key member of our CRO team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their conversion optimization goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our CRO team to identify conversion opportunities on client platforms
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve conversion rates
  • Oversee the implementation of AB tests to measure the effectiveness of our solutions
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in running CRO projects
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Technological savvy with high standards of accuracy and quality
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to changing conditions
  • Interest in conversion drivers, neuromarketing, and persuasion principles
