Function


The Customer Lifecycle Optimization Specialist role focuses on optimizing email and SMS marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and conversion. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing customer data, crafting personalized messaging, and implementing effective communication flows to maximize customer lifecycle value, increase payment rates and improve Return on Investment ( ROI ) .


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on email and SMS cadences, preferably within the USA market and targeting blue-collar entrepreneurs.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics tools.
  • Strong ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, targeted messaging.
  • Proven track record of increasing customer engagement, retention, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) through optimized life cycle strategies.
  • Experience in A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to enhance customer lifecycle management.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing cadences: Directly ties to the role's focus on enhancing customer engagement and retention through strategic communication.
  • Analyze customer data to identify key trends and behaviors: Supports the role's requirement for data-driven decision-making to tailor messaging strategies.
  • Create and implement personalized messaging strategies: This responsibility aligns with the role’s goal of developing tailored communications to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Design and implement effective communication flows: This task focuses on guiding customers through the lifecycle with timely and relevant touchpoints, directly aligned with maximizing lifecycle value.
  • Focus on strategies that enhance payability percentages and improve ROI and ROAS: It addresses the financial objectives of the role, ensuring the marketing efforts are effective in financial terms.
  • Conduct A/B tests: Ensures continuous optimization of the campaigns, aligning with the need to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and analytics teams: Highlights the cross-functional collaboration necessary for cohesive customer engagement and lifecycle management.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance: Ensures accountability and a data-driven approach to ongoing improvement, which is critical for optimization.
