Job Title: Product Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Leader to join our team at Brandt. As a Product Development Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products and product lines, ensuring they meet customer needs and are competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop new products and product lines
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends
  • Develop and implement product development strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product development aligns with business objectives
  • Manage product development budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product development or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and developing successful products
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
