We are seeking a highly skilled Batching and Dispatching Specialist to join our team at Holcim. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production and delivery of high-quality concrete products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all employees, contractors, and visitors on site are working safely and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct regular safety inspections and report any incidents or near-misses to management.
- Production Management: Oversee the batching and dispatching of concrete products, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that products meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Administration: Process customer orders, manage delivery schedules, and maintain accurate records of production and delivery data.
- Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of production and delivery activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in batching and dispatching, with a strong background in concrete production and delivery.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
