Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Professional Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting cost control, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct cost control and cost management activities to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Prepare and manage BOQs to ensure accurate cost estimates.
- Develop and implement cost planning strategies to minimize project costs.
- Prepare and present cost reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of cost planning and cost management principles.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
- Experience with construction cost software is a plus.
