Ayata is advancing its Prescriptive Analytics platform by harnessing cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and related technologies. We are in search of individuals with diverse skill sets, particularly in software architecture and AI, who can produce clean, robust code and are passionate about leveraging these skills to develop high-performance software. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and implement our innovative software solutions. Your contributions will play a crucial role in the company's success.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Ayata is on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Software Solutions Architect to create Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications for commercial use.

Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead AI/ML software development, offering methodologies, strategies, concepts, architecture, and solutions for real-world, large-scale, and mission-critical business operations
  • Incorporate AI/ML models into a fully operational AI business application
  • Analyze business needs and propose AI software solutions to address them
  • Comprehend the datasets utilized for modeling, prepare and preprocess datasets for AI/ML applications
  • Document data dictionaries, data insights, software architecture, and contribute to the company's knowledge repository of data and AI/ML software
  • Develop and maintain secure web applications to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define new features that will enhance our business success
  • Formulate strategies and contribute to the internal development platforms, tools, and processes for business advancement
  • Design software architecture
  • Create/design/implement highly scalable systems utilizing machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, operational research, etc.
  • Engage, deliver, and present AI software solutions to business clients
  • Work alongside team members to develop both client-side and server-side functionalities
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and architecture
  • Proven ability to handle large structured and unstructured datasets
  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience in developing software using machine learning and deep learning, image processing, natural language processing, and speech recognition
  • Excellent coding skills in Python
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks and libraries, including Keras, TensorFlow, MXnet, Scikit-Learn, and cloud technologies (Amazon, Azure, etc.)
  • Experience in building scalable web applications
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience in developing machine learning software, data processing, and working with cloud computing platforms such as AWS
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with parallel and distributed processing is a plus
  • Expertise in data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) (Spark, Hadoop, SQL) in big data environments is a strong advantage
  • Domain knowledge in financial and insurance sectors is a significant advantage
