Your Responsibilities

This role offers a diverse range of tasks, allowing you to engage in various aspects of the store, including Merchandise Management, Visual Presentation, and Customer Engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a high-quality customer service environment by upholding operational standards, communicating updates effectively, and training team members on service protocols.
  • Exhibiting strong planning and prioritization skills while guiding team members in collaboration with management.
  • Coaching and mentoring associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise flow, ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and meets presentation standards.
  • Influencing sales trends by creating inspiring displays in key areas, aligning with the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies through dynamic changes.

Qualifications

To embark on your journey with us, you should possess:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry background is preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with a keen understanding of customer and associate needs
  • Capability to establish and maintain an organized store environment

Hourly wage: $23.19 per hour*

* This represents the expected hiring range and may not reflect the complete pay range for the position. The offered pay rate may exceed the posted range based on various factors such as relevant skills, experience, and local labor market conditions.
