Job Title: Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor to join our team at MBMR AUTO SERVICE INC.

Job Summary:

The Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive repair and service shop. This includes supervising a team of technicians, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and other staff members
  • Ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed on time and to the highest standards
  • Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that the shop has the necessary materials to complete repairs and maintenance
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recruit and train new staff members as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in an automotive repair and service shop
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
