About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Dhatt Transfreight Service Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HR activities to meet organizational goals
  • Direct and control daily operations, including supervising staff
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Provide customer service and maintain a digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and conduct performance reviews
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position, 30 hours per week, English language
