About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SABOR DIVINO RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles to the highest standard.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure situation.
