  • Prepare and Cook Complete Meals: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Prepare Special Meals for Patients: Prepare special meals for patients as instructed by dietitians or chefs, ensuring dietary restrictions are met.
  • Inspect Kitchens and Food Service Areas: Conduct regular inspections to ensure kitchen and food service areas meet health and safety standards.
  • Train Kitchen Staff: Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Order Supplies and Equipment: Source and procure necessary supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including hiring and training new team members.
  • Maintain Inventory and Records: Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Clean Kitchen and Work Areas: Ensure kitchen and work areas are clean and well-maintained to meet health and safety standards.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for kitchen staff.
