About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at SAT Cleaning Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning services, including cost estimates for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Client Focus: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, establishing work schedules and ensuring efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and a client-focused approach.
