  • Monitor animal behavior to prevent any potential issues
  • Style animal coats to enhance their appearance and confidence
  • Clean and disinfect cages, pens, aquariums, kennels, runs, stalls, and enclosures to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Conduct anal gland treatments to promote animal health and comfort
  • Keep records of animals treated to ensure their medical history is accurate and up-to-date
  • Clean animal ears to prevent infections and promote their health
  • Provide flea bath treatments to animals to prevent parasites and promote their well-being
  • Clip animal nails to maintain their health and appearance
  • Perform expert clipping on show animals using tools such as clippers, shears, and massage sponges
  • Perform dental cleaning on domestic animals to promote their oral health and well-being
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Receive payments from clients to ensure timely payment for services rendered
  • Provide clients with information about our services and products to ensure they are informed and satisfied
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered to clients to ensure they understand our pricing and services
  • Clean the work area to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
