Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity and Access Management (IAM) to oversee the development of services and user experiences that empower customers, partners, and Sophos product developers to effectively govern identities and control data and resource access within the Sophos Central ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy for IAM, aligning it with the overall business goals and market requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative IAM capabilities, ensuring they meet customer needs, provide robust security, and enable interoperability in our ecosystem.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies in the field of identity and access management.
- Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring effective development.
- Manage the IAM platform roadmap, stakeholder relationships, and release planning to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Monitor performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- ~5+ years of product management or engineering experience building IAM or related products.
- Experience preparing and presenting a technical roadmap to customer and management stakeholders.
- Experience working within an Agile development process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
