Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative IAM capabilities that meet customer needs, provide robust security, and enable interoperability in our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy for IAM, aligning with business goals and market requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative IAM capabilities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies in IAM.
  • Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure effective development.
  • Manage the IAM platform roadmap and stakeholder relationships.
  • Plan and coordinate releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • ~5+ years of product management or engineering experience building IAM or related products.
  • Experience preparing and presenting technical roadmaps to stakeholders.
  • Experience working within an Agile development process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
