We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Time Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive patient experience
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Coordinate patient appointments and schedules
  • Process patient payments and handle financial transactions
  • Assist with dental procedures and provide support to dental staff as needed
Requirements:
  • CDA level II certification
  • iTero experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of dental software and technology an asset
