About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
  • Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
